Design for Sense

About

Making Change Possible

Design for Sense aims to support blind schools around the world through design and engineering.

What We Do

Design educational and recreational products for blind schools around the world.

We also connect international schools to local blind schools in need, so they can use their design spaces and courses for positive change. This is a great way to enrich your design programs!

Current

Partnership with Hermann-Herzog Schule Frankfurt, Germany

Design for Sense is currently working on products for the HHS school in Frankfurt Germany. With support from the 3D printing and design students from Frankfurt International School, we were able to make a difference. In this partnership, we are working to provide the HHS school with school supplies and learning models.

Advocacy and Awareness

For proper development, visually impaired students need access to educational and sensory stimuli catered to their needs. Oftentimes, these needs are met at a basic or subpar level which has room for many improvements. There are so many ways to support locally - if interested contact us!

Expansion

To extend our reach we would love to partner with design centers around the world (international schools, etc). This is your chance to learn new skills and have an impact on your community!
